OYS SERVICE PROGRAMME

- A Worldwide Network for Superyacht Rigging Service

Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS) operate the world's only dedicated superyacht rigging service programme designed to support their clients worldwide. Whether in Auckland, Antigua, Palma or Cowes, every OYS rigged yacht can benefit from the same level of service and back up support required by modern yachts. Recommended prices for service work are consistent throughout OYS?s Service Agent network, ensuring clients receive the same price for a scheduled service all around the world.

OYS holds a unique boat service Riglog for every superyacht, who are a member of their service programme, ensuring that time schedules are maintained and service recommendations are followed up. The Riglogs are continually updated with information recorded at every service or inspection and used to tailor the optimum service requirements for each yacht. In many cases OYS even hold service records going back over 20 years with technical data for many Riggarna rigged yachts.

Another benefit for boats in the OYS Service Programme, is that new rigging, either in PBO or rod, can be built from the service records, often without the need or expense of visiting the boat.

The key to the efficient operation of this system is OYS's unique and extensive worldwide network of Service Agents:
